Wolverine Research & Tendon Recovery

September 15, 2026 • Animal Research

🏈🧬 FOOTBALL IS BACK… SO LET’S TALK RECOVERY RESEARCH!

With NFL and college football back, we’re about to hear a lot about strains, sprains, and tendon injuries.

Which makes the timing of this newer Wolverine-related research pretty interesting.

A 2026 study compared BPC-157, TB-500, and the combination of both in rats recovering from surgically repaired Achilles-tendon injuries.

Researchers reported improvements in several tendon-healing measures, with TB-500 showing a significant improvement in tendon strength during biomechanical testing.

This was an experimental animal study and does not establish injury-recovery benefits in humans.

Stay curious, research friends. 🧬
