Sermorelin & the GHRH Pathway

August 25, 2026 • General Education

🧬 FOLLOWING THE BODY’S GH SIGNALING PATHWAY

To understand Sermorelin research, it helps to first understand GHRH — growth hormone-releasing hormone.

GHRH is one of the body’s signals telling the pituitary to release growth hormone. That GH release normally occurs in pulses rather than as a constant signal.

Sermorelin is related to this GHRH pathway, which is why research around it is often discussed in the context of pituitary GH signaling and the downstream GH/IGF-1 axis.

The interesting part isn’t simply “more GH.” It’s understanding how the signaling pathway itself works.
