At 80 weeks, reported average body-weight reductions were 12.7%, 19.1%, and 20.8% across the 4 mg, 9 mg, and 12 mg trial groups.
Average A1C reductions reached up to 1.6 percentage points.
That population matters. Results in people with type 2 diabetes shouldn’t automatically be treated as interchangeable with results from every other obesity trial.
