🎃 Behind the Muscle: IGF-1 LR3

💪 Building muscle means making new muscle proteins—the building blocks of muscle tissue. IGF-1 acts like a chemical messenger, telling muscle cells to start that building process.

IGF-1 LR3 is a modified version researchers study to better understand these growth signals. In a laboratory study, it helped immature mouse muscle cells develop and join together into muscle fibers.

🎃 That’s where the “monster muscle” interest comes from! However, results in lab-grown cells don’t prove that IGF-1 LR3 safely builds bigger or stronger muscles in people. Research at your own risk!
